Jeff Galloway's Training Programs are for all levels of individuals. From beginning runners or walkers to Boston qualifiers. This Low-Mileage, Injury-Free Training Program is for those who have jobs, families and a life!

 

 

 The Galloway training method is not JUST for beginners.
Seasoned athletes use this method as part of their chosen style of running and have proven its success of faster times than by strictly running alone.

The achievement of completing a marathon training program and finishing the marathon will be your treasure for the rest of your life. The training schedule is the latest evolution in minimal mileage, low-impact training routine which has been used successfully by an estimated 100,00 + marathoners since 1978.

Other training programs are available - 5k, 10k and half-marathon training programs. Never run before? Not to worry, "Getting Started" conditioning programs are offered that later lead into the 5k, 10k, Half-Marathon & Marathon Training Programs. Walkers are highly encouraged to join!

The absolute simplicity and wisdom of the Jeff Galloway Training Programs allow almost anyone the opportunity to feel what it's like to finish a Half-Marathon or Marathon!
